Responsibilities


● Identify and prospect potential clients (Lead Generation)
● Make introductory sales calls and send communications to potential clients
● Develop and execute proven processes to convert leads into sales opportunities
● Enter Sales information/follow up into CRM tools (ex. Salesforce, Veeva, Solve360)
● Accurately maintain records and reportable contact metrics and dashboards as required
● Set up and run WebEx demonstrations with clients (majority of sales calls are via WebEx)
● Manage multiple accounts; develop positive working relationships with all customers
● Set up in-person client meetings as needed
● Engage in contract negotiations with clients
● Drive client retention, contract renewals, upsells and increase client satisfaction
● Communicate with clients at a senior level to resolve issues and inquiries
● Focus on maintaining superior customer service levels, operational excellence and strategic insight
● Additional marketing and sales related activities

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
● At least a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
● Experience with Market Access or Managed Care
● 6 years+ of experience in the U.S healthcare industry (payer, pharmaceutical or medical device industries)
● Ability to communicate complex subjects and ideas clearly
● Ability to maintain focus and possess meticulous attention to detail
● Expert English language skills (both written and verbal)
● Ability to work collaboratively with cross functional departments
● Experience with marketing related courses and inside sales experience
● Ability to conduct effective discovery calls and build strong relationships through effective communications with potential prospects
● Intimate familiarity with Microsoft Suite and Google Suite
● Strong leadership, high-energy and positive attitude are a must for this position along with resilience, adaptability, and integrity
