We are seeking a Sr. Manager of Instructional Design and Learning to join our Talent Management team. The Sr. Manager will play a critical role in the building of TrialCard’s training programs, and is responsible for instructional design, content development, program management and VILT facilitation.
The Sr. Manager will drive the development and implementation of new training programs and collaborates closely with TrialCard departments to create and sustain compelling training and development programs for both internal and external customers. This position will also be responsible for managing the Sr. LMS Administrator/ISD Coordinator and LMS/eLearning Assistant. The Sr. Manager will continuously improve, relentlessly pursue excellence, keep project trackers and records up to date, and collaborate with Talent Development team and other business partners.
In this role you will be creating engaging and effective learning and development curricula and materials for both live and asynchronous learning. You will design and develop innovative, interactive L&D courses – from concept through implementation – to build internal talent pipelines and enable internal mobility at TrialCard.
This individual will work independently on high impact projects and partner with the Dir of Talent Management on digitizing client training program.
