Overview

The position will support the TrialCard and TrialCard’s clients in analyzing, defining, and designing new and existing business opportunities with the goal to provide effective solutions by having expertise on operational and functional requirements of a third-party CRM based platform . The role is the primary liaison with both internal and external business and IT teams to provide process and technical solutions, guidance on training and enhancement options, and overall expertise.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a project lead between internal business departments and technical teams in requirements analysis, process design and implementations, to support functional areas of the business.
  • Participate in face to face client meetings, engage with clients independently on periodic business reviews
  • Provide detailed analytics for platform performance insights and key enhancements to support internal and client business decisions
  • Liaise with internal and external Business, Operations, and IT teams: launch new programs, make modifications and additions to existing programs, scope the level of effort for the modification to the program and gathering accurate business requirements
  • Collaborate with internal and external business teams, project managers, and various IT teams to prioritize collected requirements, refine project scope and vision, and provide status updates of projects.
  • Conduct interviews to gather user requirements via workshops, questionnaires, surveys, job shadowing, workflow storyboards, use cases, scenarios, and other methods.
  • Assist with the interpretation of user requirements into system capable options, communicating these back to the business stakeholders
  • Ability to translate conceptual user requirements into functional requirements in a clear manner that is comprehensible to developers/project team, utilizing standard templates to accurately and concisely write requirements specifications utilizing process models, specifications, diagrams, and charts to provide direction to developers and/or the project team.
  • Manage and track the status of requirements throughout the project lifecycle; enforce and redefine as necessary.
  • Communicate changes, enhancements, and modifications of business requirements– verbally or through written documentation – to project managers, sponsors, and other stakeholders so that issues and solutions are understood.
  • Provide guidance and training, for both the business and the IT staff, to improve business knowledge and understanding of systems capabilities, limitations, and features and functions.
  • Assist in identifying platform related business process improvements, implementing improvements, then documenting, best practices.
  • Analyze business needs and functionality, assist business users in the use of the business system, suggest improvements, assist in fact-findings and act as a business solution provider.
  • Assist the internal and external teams with problems with processes, data integrity, or other business and technical related issues to come to a quick concise resolution.
  • Works closely with the TrialCard 3rd party vendor management team to ensure all reported issues are understood, tracked, and drive to completion.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience with business and technical requirements analysis, elicitation, modeling, verification, and methodology development.
  • Ability to create systematic and consistent requirements specifications in both technical and user-friendly language.
  • Experience writing technical specification and business requirements documents.
  • Excellent analytical, quantitative, and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent listening, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
  • Ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, inclusive of executives, managers, clients, third-party vendors, and subject matter experts.
  • Experience with SalesForce CRM
  • Experience with HUB work flows and activities
  • Logical and efficient, with keen attention to detail.
  • Highly self-motivated and self-directed.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks while under pressure.
  • Strong customer service focus
  • Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
  • Expertise with Word, Visio and Excel.
  • Relevant experience working within the pharmaceutical field a plus.
