We are looking to hire a Facilities technician that will assist the Sr. Facilities Technician and Facility Operations Manager in the maintenance of Trialcard facilities.  The candidate will be responsible for maintaining the buildings for TrialCard and will perform preventive maintenance duties including tasks associated with purchasing and stocking supplies for breakrooms


  • Visually inspect the interior and exterior of all Trialcard’s facilities on a routine basis and conduct maintenance and complete work orders in a timely manner.
  • Perform basic carpentry, painting, and plumbing as required.
  • Assist in performing routine preventive maintenance on all buildings safety equipment and This position will be asked to utilize general maintenance/ technician skills and is responsible for troubleshooting, testing of equipment, and the ability to perform basic math calculations.
  • Any other task/activity assigned by manager within the scope of the maintenance function.


Required: High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)

Preferred: Technical Certification in facility maintenance, mechanical technology, HVAC or a minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in, facility maintenance or service technician position.

Computer Skills – Must have basic computer literacy

Work Environment - While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to walk, stand, crawl, squat, kneel, bend, grasp and hear. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.  Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and ability to adjust focus. Overall level of physical activity is medium to heavy.
