The Virtual Engagement Associate Manager will assist the National Sales Managers (NSM) and Area Sales Managers in a support role through engaging in key activities including: New PSR equipment setup, technical training, technology support, and administrative tasks associated including on boarding and off boarding of PSRs. The Virtual Engagement Associate Manager will work in the corporate office and remotely and will have all technical equipment supplied. This position is a full-time contract role reporting to the either the SVP of Virtual Engagement or a Director level associated with Virtual Engagement to be assigned to the projects. 

Responsibilities

TRAINING:

 

The Virtual Engagement Associate Manager will assist the NSMs and ASMs during the initial sales training period of new PSRs through the following activities:

  • Assist with technology setup as needed
  • Train and demonstrate of appropriate use of technology
  • Assist NSM or ASM during on-line and live training of salesforce.com and other applications in a facilitation role
  •  

Responsibilities: 

  • Process and validate PSR Sunshine reports
  • Billable Support to one or more Virtual Engagement Program providing data and reporting per program requirements
    • Monitor, create, and publish VE reports ensuring they are complete and accurate.
    • Summarize findings into clearly written deliverable documents and presentations
    • Initiates resolutions to any VE reporting issues on sponsoring programs and follow up on all open issues
  • Provides Administrative support to the PMO in gathering information, documentation by partnering with team members to understand current programs
    • Assists in Continuous Improvement Projects, training and other VE initiatives
    • Work with cross-functional areas to pull, review and interpret data across all VE programs
    • Summarize and present findings to senior management.
  • Ensure laptop set up and desktop configuration is ready before shipping to PSRs and NSMs
  • Manage PSR equipment set up once received from IT

 

ADMINISTRATIVE:

Virtual Engagement Associate Manager will engage in various administrative tasks as requested by the NSM team:

  • Daily collating and verification of incoming SUNSHINE ACT reports to quarterly spreadsheet
  • Cross reference Sunshine report entries against Salesforce coding for accuracy
  • Communicate any required coding fixes to ASM / NSM
  • Additional Sunshine report processing (program specific at direction of NSM)
  • Assist with SF data pulls and report runs for timely NSM Status meetings with clients
  • NSM vacation back up support in cases where ASMs are not present
  • Computer hardware set up for the NSM, ASM, PSR as needed per NSM direction
  • Assist with deletions and movement of accounts in Salesforce as needed per NSM direction
  • Salesforce.com user support including uncovering user error vs system issue
  • Daily collating and verification of incoming SUNSHINE ACT reports to quarterly spreadsheet
  • Troubleshooting and testing of changes and fixes to salesforce.com
  • Ensure availability of client associated materials and tools. i.e., signature letters, detail aids, brochures etc.

Qualifications

  • Track record of working within pharmaceutical industry compliance standards -Preferred
  • Ability to build strong relationships through effective communications
  • Demonstrated Business Acumen and an ability to apply technical/scientific knowledge
  • Very strong technical capabilities including use of salesforce.com, WebEx, EXCEL, PowerPoint, WORD, and Outlook.
  • Salesforce.com Reporting Skills- Preferred
  • Good judgment, critical thinking and decision-making skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively in writing and in person
  • Ability to retrieve data and create clearly written summaries based on findings
  • Apply a range of traditional and non-traditional problem-solving techniques to think through and solve issues creatively to improve performance and company effectiveness.
  • Extremely detail-oriented with strong time management and prioritization skills
  • Self-motivated and disciplined to accomplishing goals.
  • Ability to collaborate professionally with cross-functional teams
  • High-energy and positive attitude are a must for this position along with resilience, adaptability, and integrity.
