The Print Production Coordinator’s responsibilities will include coordinating the production of the patient communications within the Production department. The Print Production Coordinator will report to the immediate supervisor. Being detail oriented, a self-starter, highly organized and having excellent communication skills are necessary to be successful in this position.


  • Responsible for printing all patient communications within internal and client specified service level agreements (SLAs), this includes letters, copay cards and checks.
  • Use of printers, along with the Zebra and Inkjet card printers for daily letter and card printing
  • Review the schedule with the immediate supervisor for daily approval
  • Make adjustments to the coordination of priorities based on client SLAs to meet the day’s required production as indicated by the schedule
  • Coordinate with direct supervisor on new program launches by completing and signing off on all assigned steps on the Launch Checklist
  • Review patient communications for accuracy for consistency based on approved First Off Press document
  • Maintain all relevant documentation related to instructions on producing patient communications
  • Demonstrate a full understanding of job responsibilities and processes in order to identify process improvements, and be able to communicate recommendations to next level manager
  • Participate in meetings and communication internally and externally as necessary


  • High School Diploma AND 2+ years of experience in print production coordinator OR Bachelor’s degree in related field

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management skills
  • Excellent follow through and initiative
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven analytical/ problem solving skills
  • Quick learner
  • Ability to multi-task effectively
  • Knowledge of HIPAA
  • General understanding of FileMaker and SQL a plus
