Overview

As an Integration Support Analyst, you will join our team on a journey to help eliminate barriers for patients, increase their access to medications, and help them receive lifesaving treatments while working in an environment that nurtures you.

 

This position provides support to all teams who touch the data coming in or out of TrialCard.  They have responsibility for building quality reporting for monitoring all data exchanges, communicating delays or data failures to affected parties, and providing suggestions for improving data quality and consistency.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with internal and external teams on data delays or failures to proactively address concerns
  • Manage restatement process for data aggregators
  • Utilize a variety of client reporting techniques and analytics to ensure accuracy and consistency
  • Ensure internal data errors are tracked and provide oversight on correction and process improvement
  • Track and manage TrialCard’s inbound and outbound data feeds
  • Act as internal first point of contact for potential data errors
  • Analyze reported data errors and identify which teams’ involvement is needed for correction
  • Identify ways to improve data consistency and quality between all reporting structures
  • Identify, define, and coordinate with other departments to connect our data to improve TrialCard’s suite of products and services.
  • Collaborate with Data Architects and ETL Developers to design or enhance data integration suite of services
  • Work with programming environments, SQL, MS Word, Excel, and SAP Data Service platforms.
  • Develop metrics and provide data for inbound and outbound data feeds/APIs.
  • Provides data quality control for internal projects
  • Any other tasks or projects as assigned by immediate supervisor.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Math, Statistics, Economics, Finance, Computer Science, Engineering or similar discipline.
  • Solid technical writing skills; ability to clearly and completely articulate work to be done and describe tasks using proper terminology.
  • Experience in interpreting data and presenting meaningful, client-ready business insights.
  • Demonstrated application of Communication skills.
  • Mid-level proficiency in SQL programming and common query optimization techniques for data extraction.
  • Advanced MS Word, Excel skills. (e.g., VLOOKUP, SUMIF, Macros)
  • Experience designing and implementing enterprise business intelligence solutions using Microstrategy or similar discipline highly desirable.
