We are seeking a Learning Management Administrator to join our Talent Management team. The LMS admin will play a critical role in the transformation of TrialCard’s training programs, and is responsible for governance of our SAP Litmos LMS, , learning operations and instructional design coordination.


We’re on the journey to digitize our learning programs and seeking someone who is passionate about maintaining high quality standards for the content in our LMS.


In this role, you will be managing learning operations via our LMS and content management (curricula and materials for both live and asynchronous learning). You will assist with our new hire on-boarding enrollments, troubleshoot technical issues, run reports and be part of implementing new technology for our organization.


  • Manage daily LMS operations
    • Troubleshoot issues
    • Run Reports
    • Update, activate & deactivate accounts
    • Perform technical QA of new courses
    • Perform course completion and enrollment audits quarterly
    • Manage enrollment in professional and leadership courses
    • Continually review new features of the TC Learning Center and roll out training as needed to trainers
    • Manage contracts with Litmos including monitoring licenses
  • Manage communication of course offerings to the company

  • Manage compliance audits and adverse event reports to our clients.

  • Assist with creation of eLearning Courses in TC Learning Center

    • Create Course Images
    • Draft course descriptions and objectives
    • Update courses based on feedback from annual course review process
  • Create/Update ServiceNow training courses in the TC Learning Center
    • Meet monthly with internal stakeholders for different platforms
    • Update/maintain ServiceNow course tracker


  • Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred (Learning & Development, Adult Education Instructional Technology)
  • Minimum 4 years of experience working with e-learning authoring tools.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience with Learning Management Systems or Learning Experience Platforms.
  • Ability to leverage an LMS and SCORM Cloud to test SCORM files and upload them to LMS/LXP, or ability to quickly learn how to do so.
  • Ability to multitask and work well under pressure and competing deadlines.
  • Basic knowledge of Smartsheet or other similar project planning tool, or ability to quickly learn similar tool.
  • Ability to provide recommendations on optimal modality based on content (video, interactive eLearning module, quick reference guide).
