Working closely with the Directors of Business Development, Operations and Data Serivces as well as our teams of Pharmaceutical TeleSales Reps, the Engage HCP Associate Manager of Client Services will implement plans  to increase the customer base for our clients and maximize sales

revenue. They will be responsible for implementign virtual and field-based selling strategies, reporting and achieving overall project objectives. Management functions include training, coaching ,managing performance and completing quarterly business reviews of each direct report. 

This is a remote position, with occasional travel for in-person meetings. 

Responsibilities

Manage client contracts.statements of work and execute accordingly

Host and facilitate internal and client kick off calls.

Make recommendations to program strategies and roadmap best solutions for client projects in accordance withthe SOW and in collaboration with Director of Client Services

Gather and document bsuiness requirements and communicate changes, enhancements and modifications-verbally or written -to clients and internal depts.

Interface with clients, maintaining relationships on a day-to-day basis as the primary business relationship manager.

Conduct regular meeting (via phone, WebEx, onsite) to update the client on program status, deliver presentations and provide guidance on program enhancements.

Measure and monitor key performance indicators to develp data-driven recommendations.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Qualifications

Project Management Experience

Knowledge of the Pharmaceutical Industry

Very strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to multi-task

Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written skills 

Client facing expeerience

Excellant excel, word and power point skills
