As the Senior Manager or Associate Director, Learning and Performance, TCMA/HUB, you will be responsible for the managing the development, implementation, and maintenance of training materials and programs including new hire training and career progression training in a fast-growing, dynamic environment. You will deliver refresher training to 1 or more HUB programs; additionally, then you will coordinate the planning and delivery of programs that require SMEs/Specialists.

As the Pharmacy Quality Control Specialist, you will join our team on a journey to help eliminate barriers for patients, increase their access to medications, and help them receive lifesaving treatments while working in an environment that nurtures you.
The Pharmacy Quality Control Specialist position is responsible for establishing quality control processes for the pharmacy to maintain continuous quality improvements. Champion continuous improvement efforts and defect reduction initiatives to establish an effective Quality Management System.
The Supervisor, Patient Experience Center is responsible for leading an assigned team of agents and/or Team Leads. The Supervisor’s effectiveness is determined by the success of their direct reports’ overall performance. As a part of the leadership team, the Supervisor is expected to manage in accordance with all TrialCard policies and procedures and display professionalism at all times.

Working closely with the Directors of Business Development, Operations and Data Serivces as well as our teams of Pharmaceutical TeleSales Reps, the Engage HCP Associate Manager of Client Services will implement plans to increase the customer base for our clients and maximize sales
revenue. They will be responsible for implementign virtual and field-based selling strategies, reporting and achieving overall project objectives. Management functions include training, coaching ,managing performance and completing quarterly business reviews of each direct report.
This is a remote position, with occasional travel for in-person meetings.

The Nurse Case Manager is a blended role to 1) facilitate a successful patient journey to and while on therapy by providing care coordination, education, and psychosocial support, 2) provide medication and disease state education, and 3) provide clinical feedback to enhance the clinical portion of patient support programs.

As the Pharmacy Operations Manager you will be responsible for oversight of shared services within the program and evaluating existing processes and developing improvement plans for all assigned areas. In this position you will leverage relationships with key internal team members such as functional leads, associate directors and the quality team to develop and execute the vision to achieve best in class patient and provider experience. Activities of the Pharmacy Operations Manager include: leading a team to create visibility into key processes; developing improvement plans for assigned areas; supporting the implementation of improvement initiatives; reviewing and developing productivity reports, escalation reports, quality reports; continuously measuring and monitoring processes, risks and controls; participating in organizational activities to meet or exceed client objectives.
As a Data Analyst, you will join our team on a journey to help eliminate barriers for patients, increase their access to medications, and help them receive lifesaving treatments while working in an environment that nurtures you.
The Data Analyst must be an excellent communicator (both orally and written) and be able to effectively foster interactive collaboration and discussions among clients and internal TrialCard teams. As a Data Analyst, you are responsible for gaining a full understanding of the assigned program(s) and should have a fluent understanding of report design and configuration. Must be able to review and analyze data as well as present conclusions in a logical and clear manner. Must be able to effectively work as part of a team.

The EngageHCP Client Services Director will continue to expand on their knowledge of the market, customers, products, policies and

The main focus of this position entails assisting pharmaceutical clients in understanding the effectiveness of their patient support programs (through data and reporting) designed to provide access to needed medications. The Data, Reporting & Analytics team provides ongoing support and insight to external clients, as well as to the internal operational leadership team.
As a Sr. Pharmaceutical Data Analyst, you will join our team on a journey to help eliminate barriers for patients, increase their access to medications, and help them receive lifesaving treatments while working in an environment that nurtures you.
The focus of this position involves assisting pharmaceutical clients in measuring and recommending improvements to their financial assistance programs or marketing promotions. The candidate will be expected to deliver high-quality analytic services to a broad range of pharmaceutical clients that range from small start-ups to Fortune 50. The candidate will also develop new analytic products and services based on client needs.
While technical skills are valued, verbal and written communication skills are key; especially the ability to draw clear and logical conclusions from complicated analyses and present these as actionable insights to clients. Understand the program goals of each client and tailor a solution to meet those goals, presenting to an audience of sales and marketing professionals of external clients as well as internal sales and program management teams. Most analysts will focus on improving financial aspects of the program such as cost reduction or profit maximization.
