As the primary point of contact between our valued customers and TrialCard, the PM serves a crucial role in driving internal project teams to deliver TrialCard’s full suite of products and services on schedule, on budget, and within scope.   The ideal candidate must be a self-starter, high performer and able to embrace change in order to adapt within a fast growing organization.

The Market Access Program Manager will serve as the primary client contact for pharmaceutical program(s). This includes managing the day-to-day activity of the program and supervising the assigned program staff. To succeed, this person will maintain extensive interaction with internal and external customers, help define and execute the work plan for program staff, have significant participation in programs’ strategic planning, and be accountable for the proper execution of contract terms for assigned program(s). The Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst will test from a customer perspective, both manually and with automated tools. During the development cycle, the QA Analyst will work closely with the Software Developers, Product Management, and Customer Support to understand customer usage models, identify use cases, create test plans and test cases, and then execute tests. Additionally, they will be responsible for identifying and creating test automation solutions.
