The Market Access Program Manager will serve as the primary client contact for pharmaceutical program(s). This position reports to the Vice President, Patient Affordability SME.  The Manager, Client Proposals is responsible for the development of high-quality, effective Proposals that properly describe TrialCard’s agreed response to client interest.  The candidate must be a creative writer able to understand and present technical business processes.  The candidate must quickly develop a full understanding of TrialCard’s products and service offerings.  These products and services constantly evolve and new offerings are frequently developed.    The candidate must participate in business development activities as necessary to develop each proposal in a manner that addresses each client’s priorities.  This is done by gaining an understanding of each client’s challenges and business objectives. The incumbent must be able to effectively manage large projects, typically under tight deadlines. The incumbent must have a strong background in technical writing, English composition, and proposal development. The success factors for the position will require the incumbent to work across TrialCard functions to communicate client priorities and solicit appropriate content. This may require working with core contributors to Proposals and RFPs, as well as working directly with lead persons in different business functions.  Pharmaceutical industry experience is preferred; the incumbent will be required to learn and represent TrialCard’s different lines of business: market access, affordability, virtual engagement, patient engagement tools, policy reporting services and clinical trial services.    Experience in marketing or marketing communications, proposal writing, procurement, and/or grant writing is also preferred.
